After reading the above article (I know, it’s really old), I thought it wise to check what I was running at this point.
- Rhythmbox – FHM Selection
- Terminal – 9 multi-tabbed locations open working on different systems
- Searching for files on Niki
- Developing a mail management system for work (yes, I’m on holidays).
- Duplicate of above as code reference from another project
- MySQL server for cross referencing the above project
- Work server for checking what this project needs to include.
- Apt-get dist-upgrade on another server.
- Waiting on email to pass grey-listing on my mail server in another shell.
- Decompressing some files in another shell on another machine
- A Terminal open where I am writing this blog entry into my own Blog engine.
- Web browser (Chronium) with more tabs than can be displayed on the screen. Guessing about 35 at this point.
- Web browser (FireFox) with about 15 tabs open. This is mainly used to take advantage of FireBug.
- Email open and constantly updating.
- Silverstripe code reference PDF open.
There are more things going on but these are the obvious ones.
Check yourself, you might be a candidate yourself :P
